How to use: Mix 1-2 teaspoons in about 100 ml of water, up to 2-3 times a day. Shake before
use. Don’t drink it undiluted. It can also go into salad dressings and cooking.
Caution: Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with ulcers.
Storage: Cool, dry place. Refrigeration is optional after opening.
